Mission & Commitment
Rosemont School strives for excellence by creating an environment which fosters the development of each student in all aspects of the human person - spiritual, intellectual, moral, physical and social.
Students are encouraged to set personal goals, take ownership of their learning and to initiate positive change.
A sense of values and a commitment to the service of others together with a deep understanding of the Catholic faith is central to the mission of Rosemont.
Rosemont is working with families to teach ownership of learning and goal setting
Rosemont Secondary School, located in South County Dublin, works with parents and students to maximise each student's potential.
Rosemont, an academically challenging school, is built on a solid foundation of Christian values. It is one of the best secondary schools in Dublin for families who want their daughters to take ownership of their learning, set goals and pursue their studies with interest and enthusiasm. The school's academic programme gets results: 100 per cent of Rosemont Leaving Certificate students qualified for entry to Irish third-level institutions. Our past pupils have gone on to pursue success in third-level education and the workplace.
What Rosemont offers families:
Academics - an education that will prepare students for third-level education and the workplace.
Collaboration – the school works with parents, updating them regularly and eliciting feedback and input.
Coaching – each student is assigned to a coach who encourages and supports them in setting goals and pursuing success in their professional, human and spiritual development.
Results – we maximise students' results on the Junior Cert and the Leaving Cert. For the 5th year since 2006 100 per cent of our graduates earned high enough points on the Leaving Cert to gain acceptance at an Irish university.
